Healthy Minds, Healthy People

On November 1st, 2010, the Province of BC released "Healthy Minds, Healthy People"; a cross ministry, 10-year Mental Health Plan, based on research that shows early engagement and access to targeted supports can prevent or reduce mental illness and substance use problems later in life.
