On Monday October 18, 2010, The Representative for Children and Youth and the Provincial Health Officer jointly created the report “Growing up in BC”. Healthy Minds, Healthy People
On November 1st, 2010, the Province of BC released “Healthy Minds, Healthy People”; a cross ministry, 10-year Mental Health Plan, based on research that shows early engagement and access to targeted supports can prevent or reduce mental illness and substance use problems later in life.
