Child Health BC and BC Children's Hospital's RICHER Initiative hosted a provincial Social Pediatrics Workshop on January 17, 2011. (Click on the photo to link to the workshop webcast.)
Objectives of the workshop included:

Clinical practice innovations and outcomes of the RICHER Social Pediatrics Initiative (SPI) program

Research updates on the practice model, measures of health care access and responsiveness for vulnerable children

And the exploration of interdisciplinary, institutional, intersectoral and community supports needed for enacting a RICHER model in other jurisdictions
