Child Health BC, in partnership with the Integrated Pain Service at BC Children’s Hospital, is hosting a knowledge transfer workshop on ‘Pediatric Chronic Pain’. This workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss contemporary standards of care, and, with the participant clinical leaders and experts, and develop a concept for provincial pediatric chronic pain care in British Columbia. In addition, this forum will provide an opportunity for a needs assessment by exploring the key issues which facilitate and/or prevent the coordinated care of chronic pain in children in the community. The participants will have opportunities to exchange ideas in both structured and informal settings.
