Child Health BC held a knowldge transfer and consultation workshop on ‘Pediatric Home Tracheostomy and Ventilation Care’. This workshop provided an opportunity to discuss current practice and develop a concept for regional service for the management of children with a tracheostomy and/or requiring ventilation in the home. The participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and build interprofessional team capacity to enhance coordination and delivery of services across the continuum of care.
