The Cystic Fibrosis: NHA Regional Workshop provided an opportunity to review the Provincial Newborn Screening Program for Cystic Fibrosis and the care of the newborn infant with cystic fibrosis. The initial management of this patient group will be put into a multidisciplinary team context through a series of interactive sessions. These will provide an opportunity to discuss and implement current practices required for the care of the newborn infant with cystic fibrosis.
