Nicole Cave

Nicole Cave is the Coordinator responsible for partnering with Fraser Health on Child Health BC initiatives. She is a Registered Dietitian and Health Care Leader with experience from major children’s hospitals; locally at BC Children’s, and Sunny Hill Health Centre; provincially at the Queen Alexandra Centre for Children in Victoria; nationally at Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary, at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton; and across North America at The Children’s Hospital at Sinai in Baltimore, Maryland. Most recently she was the Manager of pediatric inpatient medical/surgical units and Nursing Support Services within Fraser Health.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science from UBC, and a Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University with a specialization in Health. Her graduate studies had a special focus on organizational leadership and how pediatric teams separated by vast geography can collaborate to improve patient care.
