Rita Janke

Rita Janke is Director of Quality, Projects and Evaluation. In this role, she has responsibility for guiding the development of a Provincial Quality Strategy. This work includes the development of a quality framework and quality measurement strategy within the context of a culture of learning and improvement. Rita is also involved in supporting evaluation work linked to all program areas at Child Health BC.

Rita has worked in pediatric health across the continuum of care her whole career. She has extensive experience in quality and patient safety, having led many successful quality improvement and service redesign initiatives. Rita is passionate about improving services for children, with a particular interest in improving outcomes and experience for families/children living with complexity.
