Zahra Hussein

Zahra Hussein is the Provincial Lead, Primary Care with Child Health BC. She began her career in Kelowna with Interior Health Authority working in Population Health and then moved to Vancouver Coastal Health to work in Primary Care followed by a position as Injury Prevention Lead with Trauma Services at Vancouver General Hospital. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Simon Fraser University. In her spare time, Zahra can be found playing tourist in her city, running, spinning, stepping and subscribing to podcasts that she can’t keep up with.
