Important Update About Real-Time Virtual Support Pathways

Child Health BC is sharing the following important update from RCCbc and the Real-Time Virtual Support (RTVS) program.

When CHARLiE and MaBAL are unavailable, providers are advised to call regional referral centres or the Patient Transfer Network (PTN) services if required.

We also want to acknowledge that CHARLiE is referenced as a resource in many of our clinical documents and tools. We will be working to update these materials over the coming days to reflect the changes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process.
